As the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) marks 11 years in power, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday lauded the role of India’s youth in nation-building, highlighting their growing participation in shaping a “Developed India” through education, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

In a post on X, PM Modi wrote, “In the last 11 years, our government has made continuous efforts to empower the youth. With the new education policy and focus on skill development and start-ups, our youth have become important partners in the resolution of ‘Developed India’. It is a matter of great happiness for us that today the youth of the country is playing a leading role in nation building.”

To commemorate the milestone, the central government released an e-book detailing key achievements since 2014, describing the journey as one of inclusive, progressive, and sustainable development. The publication asserts that Prime Minister Modi has shifted the core of Indian politics toward “Vikasvaad”—the politics of development.

The report highlights the impact of major reforms such as the JAM Trinity (Jan Dhan, Aadhaar, Mobile), which has streamlined service delivery and enhanced transparency. It emphasizes how welfare schemes under the NDA have led to irreversible empowerment of marginalized communities, transforming them into aspirational and self-reliant citizens.

The e-book also reflects on India’s rise as a global environmental leader and cultural ambassador under Modi’s leadership. It cites the recognition of June 21 as International Yoga Day as a landmark moment in promoting Indian heritage worldwide.

Additionally, the success of Operation SINDOOR, a recent evacuation effort, was highlighted as an example of India’s new strategic resolve and swift execution on the global stage.

Recalling PM Modi’s political journey, the report states, “After first assuming elected office in 2001 as Chief Minister of Gujarat and then becoming the Prime Minister of India in 2014, Narendra Modi has set a new benchmark in reforms and governance—one that serves as a model for inclusive development across the globe.”

Now in his third consecutive term, Prime Minister Modi continues to position youth empowerment and national development at the heart of his government’s vision.
